Vision
To assist the district Youth director in coaching growing youth pastors. The national youth ministries goal is to partner with district Youth directors and serve them
in a ministry of coaching/mentoring a team of ten to thirty youth pastors. The basic strategy is flexible and amendable to the suit the needs of the DYD and his/her
district.

How You Will Be Coached
You will meet for three two-day sessions over a 12-14 month period. The environment established will generate heart felt discussion and lasting relationships.
There will be assignments for you to complete, including books to read. Your first assignment will be due the first time you meet.

• Enhance the relationship with youth pastors, their wives, sponsors, senior pastors and DYD.

How To Be Involved
